Chest in Kaineng Center? - Guild Wars Forums

Have you ever went in the back of the Xunlai Agents in Kaineng Center,down the stairs and saw a glowing chest in the backroom?You cant get to it so is it just for looks,what is it?

Well its very appealing Eye candy,search never seems to work but your right,i shouldve tried it anyway.
